If you change your mind, you can return an unused unit within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Units must be unused and in resalable condition, with the adhesive backing intact.

A unit that has activated

A device that has discharged in a real fire has done the job it was bought for, so it is not returnable. Get in touch anyway: we offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion.

This goodwill replacement is not a warranty that the device will prevent, contain, or extinguish any given fire.

Faulty or damaged items

If a unit arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full. You will not pay return shipping in that case.

How to start a return

Write to support@nonblaze.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
